we are pleased to announce our first pop-up of 2018. on both friday, february 23 and saturday, february 24, we will be hosting two nights on the top floor of the new building in the farmer’s park development in south springfield, home to guaranty bank and cast coworkspace.
on friday, we will be serving a five course dinner, with four seats available at the chef’s counter, which will be served seven courses. on saturday, we will be serving a seven course dinner, with four seats available at the chef’s counter, which will be served nine courses. both dinners will include beverage pairings. the food will be asian-soul. expect to see our riffs on asian soul foods, new interpretations of traditional foods and flavors, and exciting ingredient combinations and preparations, through the visions of chef daniel ernce and chef travis jenkins. guests will be invited to join us for a welcome beverage at 7 p.m. to mingle and tour the space, with dinner being served at 7:30 p.m.
tickets for these events will go on sale tomorrow at 6 p.m., friday, february 2. we expect both dinners to sell out, as they have in the past, and urge guests to make their reservations quickly. tickets will be available via out ticketing website at www.progresspopups.bigcartel.com. if you are interested in the chef’s counter on either night, you may contact us to make a reservation before tickets go on sale. the chef’s counter is first-come, first-serve.
